These terms apply to Satoshi Millionaire: the app, this website and our emails. The game is provided by Open Ventures FZ LLC, trading as The Bitcoin Digest, Expo City Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. The game

Satoshi Millionaire is a free quiz game for entertainment and learning. We check every question against a source, but mistakes can happen; tell us and we will fix them. Nothing in the game, including questions, explanations and sponsor content, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

2. Points have no cash value

Points, blocks, streaks and leaderboard positions are part of the game only. They have no monetary value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, bitcoin or anything else. If we ever offer real prizes (for example a sponsor-funded Prize Block), they will come with their own rules, which will apply alongside these terms, and may not be available in every country, including the UAE.

3. Your account

• You can play without an account. Signing in is optional.
• You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live requires it, to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, because that is how you sign in.
• You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

4. Play fair

Don't use bots, scripts, modified versions of the app, multiple accounts, or bugs to gain an advantage, and don't interfere with the game or other players. We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

5. Names and handles

The name you choose is public. Don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove names that do.

6. Sponsors and offers

Sponsor blocks are advertising and are labelled as such. Discount codes and offers come from the sponsor and are governed by the sponsor's terms; we are not responsible for their products or services. Some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you.

7. Downloads

Only install Satoshi Millionaire from this website, the Apple App Store or Google Play. We are not responsible for copies obtained anywhere else.

8. Our content

The game, its name, logo, questions, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share your results and challenge links, but you may not copy, scrape or republish our questions or content without permission.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop any part of the game, including questions, scoring and leaderboards, at any time. The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from the game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11. Ending your use

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
